Vinification:  Fermentation in stainless steel tank lasts 10 days. 2 weeks of maceration with skin inside the tank. Then the wine is moved into second passage barriques.
Maturation: 30 months aging in barrique, part French and part American oak
Refining:  2 years in bottle
Production:  6000 bottles
First Year:  2005
Tasting Notes: At the nose the wine is complex, with hints of ripe red fruits, chocolate and mint. In the mouth it has a delicate balance with a pleasant touch of acidity. The remaining essence of Nutmeg, Rosemary and Mint makes you asks for a second glass!
